The Space City Open saw me finish with a disappointing one win, one loss, and three draws. I didn't get to play any of the three GMs in attendance and two of the draws were especially short. But, it is possible to fight hard and still end up with a quick draw. The game below with Walter Smith (who had a great tournament) is representative of most of my efforts during this disappointing result.
