TIME CONTROL: Game in 30 minutes

REGISTRATION: Advance registration only.  No registration after 4:00 p.m.,
              March 12.  NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.  
              Check in on site 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.  
              Players meeting at 8:45 a.m.  Send entry form and fees to:

DETAILS:      Four sections by grade: Open (K-12), Jr. High (K-9),
              Elementary (K-6), Primary (K-3).  Times: 9:00, 10:30,
              12:30, 2:00, 3:30  Sections may be merged, depending on
              entries.  Alabama residents only.

MEMBERSHIP:   All participants must be USCF ($12) and ACF ($5) members. 

ENTRY FEE:    $12.  Make all checks payable to the Huntsville Chess Club.
              Include USCF ID# and desired section

PRIZES:       Open:  1st-5th place.  Jr. High:  1st-5th place. 
              Elementary: 1st-10th place.  Primary:  1st-10th place.

TITLES:       Open:  High School Champion (must be in grade 9-12).  
              Jr. High: Junior High Champion (must be in grade 6-9).
              Elementary:  Elementary Champion (must be in grade 4-6).
              Primary:  Primary Champion.

CONCESSIONS:  The parents of the newly formed Chaffee Chess Club will
              provide concessions. Proceeds will go towards developing
              the chess club. 

Directions:   From I-565, take the Memorial Parkway South US 231 South
              exit (exit 19A).  Continue for 5.3 miles on US 231 and
              take a right onto Logan Drive (4th light).  Go straight
              for 0.3 miles and take a left on Taft Dr. which leads
              into the Chaffee Elementary parking lot.
